Earlsmarch are RIBA registered and ARB chartered architects. We offer a full architectural service from feasibility studies through planning applications to detailed design and production information as well as contract administration whilst the project is on site.

Earlsmarch can prepare and submit your planning application and manage it throughout the planning process. Whilst planning approval is never guaranteed, we submit a full and robust application, including a Design and Access statement and liaise with the local planning authority on your behalf.

Earlsmarch offer a  full design service post-planning. Once your project has been granted planning permission, we can develop the design with a full workings drawings package and, if required, a schedule of works.

​

We can also submit the Building Regulations application and liaise with the local building control authority/approved inspector.
